WEBSITE EXCHANGE POLICY

Any unworn resaleable item purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days from the order date on your receipts.

Item must be in umworn, resaleable condition, Any marks, signs or wear & tear will result in the return being refused.

Please note due to the current COVID-19 situation & circumstances, all our products are subject to a 20% non refundable fee charge.

EXCLUSIONS

Pierced Jewellery

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Website Exchange & Return policy.

Personalised Jewellery

We are unable to offer an exchange on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide an exchange on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way.

WEBSITE REFUND POLICY

Any unworn resaleable item purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 14 days from the date on the dispatch note email.

For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price items to enable a refund to be processed.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
